Living vine, of course!
Or should we say living vines and soil. Our soil and its invisible farm workers, to whom the absence of chemistry offers shelter: soil micro-organisms, springtails, earthworms… Vine inhabited by all the flora and the aerial fauna : the yeast already present on the bloom and skin of the grape berry and which will make the wine of the year by transforming the sugar, but also tawny owls, bats, squirrels, toads and frogs, insects and spiders of all kinds, and bees for whom we plant a honeycomb in the rows …
12 hectares of vines, 10 hectares of holm oaks, and a few olive trees.

Controlled designation of origin : AOC Côtes-du-Rhône-villages-Sainte-Cécile and Côtes du Rhône.

Vines from 18 months to 64 years old
grown organically and biodynamically.
The estate’s first white stocks were planted in February 2021:
a complantation of Clairette Blanche, Clairette Rose, Bourboulenc, Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, and Chenin from the nursery Lilian Berillon.
A little more than 4 hectares (out of 12) are planted in cups.
